Since early 2022 we have discontinued the VIP points loyalty program. If you believe you still have accumulated points to use, please get in touch. Note however that any points will have expired 12 months after the date they were earned.
We are however pleased to advise that we keep tabs on customer order frequency and proactively offer personal discount codes to those customers with a history of regular orders. If you think you have been overlooked, please reach out to us.
